Tees Valley Gilbert & Sullivan Society presents

Tuesday 2 – Friday 5 October 7.15pm

Gilbert & Sullivan’s Patience, incidentally was the first production in the world to be lit by electric light and is a satire on the aesthetic movement dealing broadly with fads, vanity, hypocrisy and pretentiousness.

Tees Valley’s production is set in the 1960’s at the height of the hippy movement and follows the trials and tribulation of Patience as she is introduced to ‘love’.  Patience has all the hallmarks of a Gilbert & Sullivan  operetta, witty dialogue, catchy pretty melodies and lots of fun.

Tickets £14.50 / Students £10.50 / Under 16 £10.50 (Including booking fee)
