The Mentulls

Sat 28 May 2022

British rock band The Mentulls return to the northeast for a ‘hometown’ show to celebrate the release of their highly lauded new album ‘Recipe For Change’ as part of their 2022 UK/Europe concert tour.

Winning over audiences with their own brand of melodic rock, The Mentulls music transcends genres, landing plaudits from music fans & critics alike. The Mentulls’ 3rd album ‘Recipe For Change’, released on 22nd October 2021 via ProgBlues Music, follows 2015’s critically acclaimed ‘Reflections’ [mastered by legendary engineer Ray Staff at George Martin’s AIR Studios].

It’s the first to feature vocalist and multi-instrumentalist David Neil Crabtree, alongside founder members and brothers Andrew and Jamie Pipe. As well as being heard on BBC Radio 2 & Planet Rock, the band have toured extensively worldwide as a headline act in addition to opening for legendary acts like Wishbone Ash, Focus and Walter Trout. The band are also equally at home on major festival stages sharing the bill with the likes of The Stranglers, Feeder, FM and Cats In Space.

Please note that as of today (Friday 10 December 2021), masks will be mandatory at all times inside Middlesbrough Theatre, including when seated, unless exempt.

People do not need to show proof of exemption.

Masks can be removed for the consumption of food and drinks, but people should replace them immediately afterwards.

Visitors to the theatre do not need to show a covid pass, but we would encourage them to take a lateral flow test prior to visiting.

As you can appreciate our team will be receiving a high volume of calls & emails, so please bear with us during this busy and challenging time.

Thank you for your patience & understanding,

Middlesbrough Theatre Teams.
